Retail Program:
In a conference call initiated by our team in December 2010, there was a discussion with directors and other North American Executives about the Retail program in North America and in particular, the status in the U.S. We felt it was important to continue a representative-driven retail program and voiced our ideas both in writing and on the call. The consensus was that the Retail program would continue as is, for now, until a more comprehensive program is put in place to assist reps who want to participate in growing this area. That means if you are qualified for retail, you should still be able to request allocations or continue working on allocations previously approved. If you are interested in qualifying, you should still be able to request the 'quiz' and continue the process. If you have any challenges with this or questions, please let me know so I can bring it to the directors' attention. Thank you!

Dear ONEderful team,
I was fortunate to be on Czerral's call in May 2010, which I have quoted/summarized below. I am providing this to those who have not yet been on his calls, to get an idea of the informative educational nature of the calls and to review some of the basics for those who have been on his calls. Czerral generally has time to take questions either on a call or via the Organicalliance Ning network or via an email to support.
At the conclusion below, please find some Resources for further information and for sharing with others.
Czerral on Health and Nutrition:
"We need to look at the statistics, as 8 out of 10 people in Western societies die from diseases that you don't 'catch'. It is the result of the body's environment being toxic. You don't 'catch' these diseases (like arthritis, heart disease, cancer, diabetes...). It is up to us to educate others to really begin to help. 98% of cells are replaced every year. Just think about a wound or cut that heals. It's a miracle - the body. When there is disease, there is a malnutrition of cells. In a body that is, say 40 years old or more, over time, that lack of nutrients can affect the body's ability to do its job."
Czerral stated that there are over 10 trillion cells in the body yet it contains over 100,000 trillion bacteria!! "No one is protecting our health -- not the drug companies, government, medical establishments... as long as we are introducing highly toxic ingredients into our bodies, we are on a path towards disease."
The nutritionals that ONEgroup offers as In-Liven and Fast-Tract, contain life-enhancing properties, nutrients and more. "According to a Science Daily article in May 2010, it was reported that dietary changes may relieve symptoms of celiac disease, with the use of probiotics and prebiotics. With organic In-Liven and Fast-Tract, you have this formula for many years already. The beneficial bacteria are sourced from organic fruits, vegetables and grains. They are fermented from real foods not fecal matter. What happens with someone who is said to be gluten intolerant or having celiac, is that the gluten becomes toxic to their body because they cannot break down the protein. The bacteria responsible for breaking this down are no longer present in that person's gut. When we replenish that bacteria, they are able to do so -- then the body heals itself."
"Some of the most prescribed pharmaceuticals are antacids and anti-biotics, which are some of the most damaging to the body."
"The bacteria in ONEgroup nutritionals have been fermented with the raw living wholefoods, to eat away at the cellulose lining of those foods. The work to digest them is already done so the nutrients are much more bioavailable and can immediately enter the small intestine and bloodstream and go to work. The bacteria produce enzymes and the formula contains naturally-occuring amino acids. There are 8-10 amino acids that the body can make and about 8 that come from outside the body. They have identified 20+ amino acids in In-Liven. It's important to remember that heat kills amino acids and that nature doesn't make fractured vitamins and minerals. When taken individually such as synthetic vitamins/minerals, they are generally eliminated because they are not absorbed by the body."
"The uniqueness of In-Liven and Fast-Tract are many. They are raw and cold-processed, the bacteria are stressed to several factors and only the strongest that survive each test are carried forward. The certified organic, vegan, kosher raw living foods (26 of them) are fermented with the strong bacteria, which enhances the nutritional content to be 100% available. They do not need refrigeration. The immune system lies in the gut mostly and promoting good gut health is of vital importance."
Alkaline conditions - Czerral explained that cancer cannot survive in an alkaline environment, which these formulas can help establish. He was a colleague of scientists doing experiments using spirulina, the first food listed on ingredient in In-Liven, in the 1980s. It was found that after three days, animals that had cancerous tumors saw those tumors disappear. The study was repeated many times. Join us on the next call to find out more details!
