The new brochure from ONEgroup®!  If you have not yet ordered a pack of 10 brochures, do so with your next order.  They are listed under Promotional Tools and are very reasonable!!  These may be used to give someone a general idea of the range -- be sure to put your label on the front (upper right or left) or staple your business card to the front, so they'll know where to go with questions or to order!
 
You can also create a quarter page insert about you and what you offer, etc.  If you don't have labels, I suggest either using Avery labels with your computer and printing from your printer or at a local Office Depot/Staples/Kinkos type store... Or, you can do them on Vistaprint - it's very affordable and you can choose nice colors and designs included in the cost!  -- If you aren't quite sure how to do labels or have any questions, please be in touch, I am happy to help you!

Hello and welcome to this issue of our rep news for the OrganicPro International Team!  It is full of updates and important info. so please read it as soon as possible.  Thank you.  If you feel it's been awhile since my last e-news, you are correct. I took a brief break and am now back to our team news, published every other month.  I have packed in lots here, so I hope you enjoy! 

During July and August Cheryl and I offered Personalized Individual and Small Group Calls.  If you missed out, feel free to contact either of us to schedule yours. VERY IMPORTANT:  
***BP orders are being processed EARLIER in December, on the 20th instead of the 24th (North American time), because of the holidays.  If you do not log-in and order manually by the 18th, your BP will run on the 19th, if it is currently selected and you have your credit card details on file.  You may want to mark your calendar or set a cell phone alarm/reminder for the 18th, just in case!!  (Alternatively, you can go to Manage my Monthly Order and set it with what you want so when it runs, you'll get the items you wanted to!)  Any Questions?  Please contact your sponsor, upline (or me) or ONEgroup support. UPDATES (Sept. - Nov. 2010): 
New initiatives and special offers are being announced by ONEgroup often.  Be sure to READ your newsletters and e-blasts as they arrive in your In-Box, so you can be up-to-date and get the word out asap!   **MiTime subscribers get extra Special Offers not advertised on the website, so be sure you and your customers are receiving this brief monthly e-news!
 
Only PCs and Reps who opted in to receive communication from ONEgroup are receiving MiTime (specials), Miessence Business News and email blasts.  Please be sure to ask your customers and representatives if they have checked off to receive correspondence.  If not, and they want to do so, email support to get them on-board (they may need to also email to request their subscription).
 
Also, three new email campaigns with e-certificates or vouchers have started.  Only those who opted in will receive these:
1. "We Miss You" campaign offers a coupon code for anyone who has not ordered in 90 days.  There will be a few follow-up emails if they do not use their coupon. 
2.  The "Anniversary" e-certificate coupon is sent to PCs and Reps on the anniversary of their first order with the company.  If they don't use it in a timely manner, a few follow-up emails will go out.
3.  Personalized offers valid for a short time (generally 7 days from date sent - so 6 days to order) are now being sent to PCs and Reps to encourage purchasing of items as they relate to prior purchases, including what they ordered as sample sachets.  These will change periodically and be tailored to each person - WOW!  So, keep a look out for these for yourself and make sure to tell your customers and sponsored reps to watch out for their individualized special offers!!.
 
More Updates Oct. 2010:

I am working on this interactive presentation for the team.  It will be an easy-to-follow way to present the products, company and options for purchasing and/or earning income from a home base.  The idea is something interactive where people can briefly feel, smell, taste, touch and try on products and find out why organic is better for people and the planet.  Easy, duplicable and customizable.  Will keep you posted as soon as the first draft is available.

Credit Card Authorization Forms (CCAF).
To continue to receive your preferred rep discount for being on BP or Autoship, you must have your CCAF in to headquarters. This is Australian law.  The form may be faxed, sent regular mail or scanned in and sent via e-mail.  I recommend choosing BP, getting the form in to ONE Group and then placing your order manually by the evening of the 23rd of the month, so you don't need to think about your default order!   It's an easy task -- ask your sponsor or me for details!


       


 How to Achieve Your Dreams

Managing Your Enterprise:
Enterprise = imagination - it depends on YOU!  image - means form; -ination, means a process. "to examine" plus "heart" - a reflection or true creation is a true reflection of your imagination.
 
The Principle of Commitment - by Goethe, when you commit to something, this decision moves things forward.
 
Einstein - smart/clever/brilliant/genius/simple = when you simplify, you can have all the prior attributes.
 
Words have the solution.  When you resolve (re-solve) to create an enterprise, it will come about.  There is a resolution (re-solution) for any challenge.  (i.e. think creatively, be organized, make the commitment, set goals, plan, simplify...)
 
#1 - People ARE everything!
#2 - Campaigns - how you connect to and communicate with people.  A Campaign needs to have a beginning and end, so you can see and measure results.
#3 - Operations - put systems in place so you don't lose papers, names, numbers, etc. Keep it simple and tailored to your needs.
 
Some ideas for doing this - ask yourself how organized is your desk/computer?  Do you have organized files or folders (also how do you organize on your computer? do you make regular back-ups of documents?).  How can I be more organized - what steps can I take to bring that about?  Write down your ideas or type them up and create a checklist to get systems in place or just to clean up once a month, etc....

- can use openoffice.org for basic spreadsheets.
- Excel in Microsoft programs
- download.com (mlm customer/client relations management)
 
Systems for campaigns - think about what you like to do and what works for you in terms of resources, time, etc.  i.e. if you like to write articles, think about doing blogs or submitting articles to ezines; if you like connecting, think about organizing a group or meet-up or joining ones with similar or related themes;

**Great question:  every day ask yourself - What is one thing I can do today to move my business forward and that will make excellent use of my time, energy and resources? 
Be sure your projects align with your objectives - FOCUS!
Plan for the long-term and the next 100 days. - Make lists and then get rid of things on your lists that are not necessary and simplify.  Management by objective.  Make a list of just 1, 2, or 3 things you can do this week and this month that can move you forward.
 
Create your own FAQ page(s) for different audiences.  Think of 5 to 10 most frequently asked questions with appropriate links and websites, so you can send it both electronically and by regular mail.
      i.e. FAQ on health products/nutritionals; one for customers and orders/loyalty plan discounts and 
      points/delivery method, where to start, etc.; FAQ on compensation plan, on organics and healthy living
      or what chemicals to watch for and why, etc.  (I may have some info. to help you get started.)
-- be sure to use all available websites or links to documents in the FAQ sheet. 
 
To review:
1. Create a 100 day objective - and plan out what you will do to reach that objective.  Write down every week and every month the 1-3 things you can do that week and month to move you forward.  You will start to see momentum when you do this exercise regularly.
2. Set your budget for the 100 day campaign (at least to breakeven if just starting out)
3. Set up a customer and representative database (maybe two or three categories for each one, including prospective customers and prospective business partners).  Once you get at least 100 people, contact me to discuss options for online marketing software to keep in touch!
4. Create 2-3 one or two page FAQs sheets, so you don't have to 'recreate the wheel' every time!
5.  Implement your campaign!
