BREAKING NEWS!   ONE Group has now launched a new strategy for all Senior Associates and above -- the Retail Program is available to qualifying reps at Senior Associate or above, in select countries, or for online stores outside your country if it's not open to retail yet.  You'll need to get all the details FIRST because you may not approach any retail outlet before you are approved and the outlet has been allocated to you.  There are monthly live webinars and recorded webinars for your training.  A very important policies and procedures document is posted in Member's Area.  Please discuss this new strategy with your sponsor and upline executive for more details.   

Summit Summary:  We had a wonderful turnout for the 3rd North American ONE Group / Miessence conference this year (officially called the Summit) in Chicago, Illinois in early October.  I would like to thank all those from our team who attended -- it was so great meeting you all and seeing those returning this year as well.  If you attended and would like to submit a short report from any session(s) or your overall reflections for the next newsletter, I would be happy to have your contributions!  Please send them to me by December 30th.  Thanks!

In the section "How to Achieve Your Dreams," I have provided excellent advice from Senior Executive Alora Waldron on daily actions you can take to achieve your goals and dreams!  She was a guest on our Team Calls and I summarized her insights and ideas for all to learn more.  
  
VERY IMPORTANT:  
ONE Group will soon be removing from the database system ALL inactive Representatives who have not renewed for more than 12 months.  If YOU are inactive and you think you may order again in the future -- or even decide to grow a business, you will want to renew asap!  You benefit by getting the renewal rate (lower than rejoining from scratch) and making sure to secure your 'place' on the tree (very important if you or your upline has established a downline in under your account and/or you have Preferred Customers).  You will also have access to Representative discounts and special offers for future orders by renewing now!  Please renew asap or by December 31st at the latest, so you don't miss out.  Simply e-mail or fax the company with your request for a renewal and your credit card details. It's $30 USD / $34 CAD to renew for one year.  
 
If you ARE ACTIVE and have any representatives on your team, especially those you personally-sponsored, who are inactive or not placed an order in some time, I suggest you call them and let them know about this new policy that will take effect shortly.  Let me know if you have any questions or need assistance.
 
New initiatives and special offers are being announced by ONE Group often. Be sure to READ your newsletters and e-blasts as they arrive in your In-Box so you can be up-to-date and get the word out asap!   Specials are also announced in Member's Area, under Events/News and are now posted in the Specials area on your website for all to see.
 
Are you getting the best discounts for your monthly orders?  If you are NOT on Business Protection or Autoship and your orders are under $250 USD retail value, you are paying more than you have to. Who wants to do that!  Speak with your sponsor, your upline or contact me to find out how to activate your BP (or Autoship) so you can save green buying green!!

If you are new or getting re-started in your business, you will want to be receiving my Helpful Hints Getting Started e-mail series.  My hope is that you will simply create a folder - 'Helpful Hints Getting Started Training' - to keep these for reference and to look at when you have a few minutes.  They do contain a wealth of information for you!   Simply reply asking to be added to the list.

I developed a Team-Exclusive Word document for promoting and educating on In-Liven and Fast-Tract, the two nutritionals that contain pro-biotics and are now also Certified Kosher.  It's a 2-page handout that can be emailed or copied (double-sided).  Please e-mail me for your copy! 
 
In late July, I updated the Quick Facts for Joining document for our team with new Joining Discounts and Training/Promotional Kit info.  The new incentives for joining were launched!!

Another Team Exclusive Resource for sharing the nutritionals... as promised, I developed a PowerPoint covering all 3 nutritionals.  It may be used 'live' as a presentation, sent by e-mail and/or printed out as a handout you can speak from during a presentation (if you cannot have a laptop/screen available). Two slides per page works well for handouts.  Please e-mail for your copy.  Thank you so much.  I hope it will assist you in educating others and growing your business!  
 
Team Exclusive Powerpoint Presentation ~ "The Taste of Miessence" - IN PROGRESS
I am working on this interactive presentation for the team.  I'm hoping to have it ready soon and will let you know.  It will be an easy to follow way to present the products, company and options for purchasing and/or earning income from a home base.  The idea is something interactive where people can briefly feel, smell, taste, touch and try on products and find out why organic is better for people and the planet.  Easy, duplicable and customizable.  Will keep you posted as soon as the first draft is available.  Ideas on what to call it are welcome : )

2009: OrganicPro International Team Call Series:
In lieu of a monthly team call for November, December and possibly January, we are offering one-on-one or small group calls for your benefit.  We will continue to schedule calls on specific topics such as Cheryl's Members Area Orientation. 
 
If Cheryl Rounds is your Executive upline, please contact her to schedule your one-on-one session; if I am your upline Executive, please contact me.  Thank you.  For those on Cheryl's team, you may also choose to work with both of us, for even greater impact! 
Topics:  Some areas we can discuss with you include reviewing and brainstorming strategies, developing ideas to implement those strategies and helping you set goals to work towards for accountability.  We can make suggestions on how to schedule your days, weeks and months to achieve your goals.  We can be your coaches to assist you in taking action and moving forward (or helping you figure out what is in your way and how to get around/through those perceived challenges).  Join us during these next two months, at a mutually convenient time!

Team Calls in 2010  -- Wow, it's going to be another year very soon... how time flies.  We are busy preparing our team call topics for 2010, so let me know what you want to repeat or what new topics you want to see on the agenda.
 
A few ideas we would like to cover in future calls include:
- Bring a new or prospective rep on the call for a ONE Group Overview and Orientation.
 
- People may hesitate to sell something, but who enjoys buying?  Most everyone buys something or some service, pretty much every day.  We'll explore another strategy for building your business based on buying not selling.
 
- a call developing ideas using Kim Klaver's approach, based on our own experiences with products and/or opportunity and asking for referrals.  It's so easy! **Bonus - Kim's e-book to help you with this strategy.
 
- round-robin style call on ideas and creative uses for Vistaprint or your own marketing and branding tools (i.e. gearing up for Valentine's Day, I will be creating a simple postcard on Vistaprint to send all prior PCs and to put around town... Love is in the air / All you need is Love / And they say money can't buy Love -- all great catchy themes to promote the new Botanical Perfumes!)
 
My goal is to also share any updates from the company and allow some time for Q&A on each call. If you have other suggestions for a call topic, please e-mail or call Cheryl or me!  Join us on these calls for a very informative and interactive time!

** Have you seen the awesome videos?  We now have a 6 minute video on the 6 exquisite botanical perfumes.  It's on your website if you click on the botanical perfumes icon from the homepage.  The URL is: www.fabulousorganics.mionegroup.com/perfumes.  Simply replace your username with mine... Great to send people in an e-mail!  Each perfume page also shows the section for that specific perfume.
 
** Have you seen Narelle's great 'in action' videos?  She goes through each step of the Miessence Organic Facial and the 3-basic product steps.  There is one showing us how to massage the face using the Rejuvenessence Facial Serum.  How amazing!  I tried it and that was a real treat.  I felt oxygenated and energized yet balanced and relaxed.  They were in the latest ONE Group newsletter and also available from your website's homepage under NEWS, then select Videos (you do not need to login).  The link will look something like this:

** For a complete essential oils resource guide (for your own use and to share with prospective and current customers), visit your Member's Area under Training. You can save it and drop it in e-mails as a pdf link (or attachment) or post on your websites, if you have stand-alone sites. What a great 'opt-in' offer too!  If you have ideas to add to the guide, feel free to e-mail them to products@mionegroup.com.

** Did you know you can go into your back office, under "view and edit personal details" in Management Tools and select 2 Featured Areas of your homepage?  Find whichever one you want on the drop-down list - now including Essential Oils or the Botanical Perfumes.  You can choose options for the 4 Featured Products as well.  This is a great way to customize your organic business!   (you can see mine at: www.FabulousOrganics.com

Credit Card Authorization Forms (CCAF).
To continue to receive your preferred rep discount for being on BP or Autoship, you must have your CCAF in to headquarters. This is Australian law.  The form may be faxed, sent regular mail or scanned in and sent via e-mail.  I recommend choosing BP, getting the form in to ONE Group and then placing your order manually by the evening of the 23rd of the month, so you don't need to think about your default order!   It's an easy task -- ask your sponsor or me for details!


       


 
How to Achieve Your Dreams  ~

Daily Steps

Dear ONEderful team,

How To Accelerate Your Results! 

Alora's background is in holistic health and natural healing.  For her, this opportunity with ONE Group allows us to represent and offer world-class products for health and wellness, along with the benefits of an organic business to create income based on each individual's desires.  She is a firm believer in celebrating life and creativity -- "I have seen people turn anything around -- mentally, physically and spiritually."  She says it's important to ask ourselves questions, such as, "What am I inspired about?  What do I want to create?  Why do I want more cashflow with ONE Group/Miessence?  Why do I want to make this business work?"

The most important question for this call was, "How can I accelerate my results?"  

1.   At the end of the day, write or type up a list of the most important things and tasks you want to accomplish or work on the next day.  Make sure to prioritize the list. What actions will most positively affect your business?  Keep these somewhere that you can look back and see prior days.  Alora suggested a calendar or planner.                                                              

2.  Make sure to start your day with quiet time.  If you can get somewhere like a park, beach or other peaceful place, that is great. Otherwise, find a quiet room, maybe with a nice view, sit still and relax your mind and body.             

3.  Next, declare to yourself your goals.  Be honest about what you want to do and accomplish and think about timelines.  What is your 12 month yearly income goal, for example?  Focus on what you will be doing, how you will be acting and how you will be in line with your values and passions.

4.  Next, set your intentions for the day.  Choose your moods -- will you be light, happy, peaceful, confident?  The more centered you can be when you start your day, the higher your vibration and energy and this helps life flow more easily and in the direction you want.  Other moods/behaviors you can choose include: creative, sovereign, faithful, bold, dynamic, passionate, kind, caring, balanced, energetic, vivacious, joyous, creative/expansive, fully present, calm, productive, etc.  (What else could you add to this list?)

5.  At the end of the day, reflect on yourself, what you did and didn't get to do and creat your list for the next day.  Then say outloud (or if not possible, write or think to yourself) "I'm happy and grateful for..."  Feel free to include as much as possible.  Gratitude helps you be in alignment with yourself and raises your vibration and helps you attract more of what you are thankful for!

For your own organic wellness business, you want to be in it at 100% commitment.  If there is any resistence, then the whole experience becomes an effort.  If you are in alignment with yourself, have the love for what you are doing, for the products and business, mission, etc. then you can free yourself to grow and achieve your goals.

Now, it's YOUR turn!!  Your homework (OK, 'home-business work'):  Make a goal to complete the above steps every day for the next 60 days.  What a great way to bring in the new year.  Once you get in these habits, they flow and become easier to incorporate into your life.  And Alora is confident you will see amazing results in many areas of your life if you stick with it!  Good luck and keep us posted.
