Retail Program Updates -- Please read, esp. if you are in Canada!
With the new Retail Program, representatives in the US and Canada can add on to their business strategy or strategies by sponsoring and supporting qualifying Retail Outlets (both physical and online establishments - must have own shopping cart for online stores). I received new information from headquarters that now allows Canadian reps to become qualified to sponsor retailers -- for all stores physically located in Canada, there is a policy statement that all retailers must meet at this time. If this strategy interests you, please be in touch so I can explain it further.
Have you taken the Retail Training Quiz yet?
All reps must be at Senior Associate or above, in select countries, or for online stores outside your country, if it's not open to retail yet. You'll need to get all the details FIRST because you may not approach any retail outlet before you are approved and the outlet has been allocated to you. There are monthly live webinars and recorded webinars for your training. A very important policies and procedures document is posted in Member's Area. Please discuss this new strategy with your sponsor and upline executive for more details.
Once you are ready, you can request a Retail Quiz from support at: retail@miessence.com or support@miessence.com. You must achieve 100% so if you get one wrong, it's 94% and then you simply request a new quiz and try again. If you are having to take the quiz more than four times, please contact your sponsor or upline executives. p.s. "Miessence Organic Showcase" - Need your help! on Team Exclusive Powerpoint Presentation
**If you can send me one or two 'quick facts' to be added to the talking points and/or Powerpoint, I would appreciate it. I need info that can be backed up with references if at all possible. Just quick and easy facts - i.e. how much CO2 is sequestered with organic farming, how many (and what kind of) chemicals are found in babies at birth, one easy way to make and show use of essential oil (1-2 oils, 3 max), etc.
I am working on this interactive presentation for the team. It will be an easy-to-follow way to present the products, company and options for purchasing and/or earning income from a home base. The idea is something interactive where people can briefly feel, smell, taste, touch and try on products and find out why organic is better for people and the planet. Easy, duplicable and customizable. Will keep you posted as soon as the first draft is available.

A few ideas we would like to cover in future calls include:
- People may hesitate to sell something, but who enjoys buying? Most everyone buys something or some service, pretty much every day. We'll explore another strategy for building your business based on buying not selling.
- a call developing ideas using Kim Klaver's approach, based on our own experiences with products and/or opportunity and asking for referrals. It's so easy! **Bonus - Kim's e-book to help you with this strategy.

Announcements ~ News from ONE Group.
Now that the company news is published every month, I will keep this section brief. Please carefully review your ONE Group Newsletters to stay up-to-date on products, new tools and all company information. THANKS!
Your questions on Berry Radical answered:
-- What is the new ORAC value for the new BR?
Corporate has informed me that they are re-testing the new Berry Radical formula with Brunswick Labs. In addition, the serving size was reduced from 5 grams to 3.5 grams, so that may bring the number lower by virtue of the 'amount' in the portion. Currently, the company is saying one 3.5 gram serving of BR provides more than 4,000 ORAC units. Once they have the test results in, they will let us know!
-- What happened to the insert?
Since there is no longer a box of sachets, there will no longer be any information sent with the product. The company is following the same protocol as with In-Liven, which is in a similar jar. The challenge here is that most customers or reps don't really need anything after their first purchase -- so it is up to us to educate and share information about BR to our circles of influence, whether in print or online and direct them to the special website and/or send a link to the Fact Sheet (**see next question for more info on this). Once someone has made the buying decision, either we know about it and may have already provided information and answers; or, we can go into the genealogy area and see what they ordered -- and then send them some information to give them more details and of course, thank them for their purchase of certified organics!
-- When will the Special Website and other documents be updated?
Customer service says they are actively working on getting all documents, such as the Fact Sheet, and the website updated. We do not yet have a launch date for these, but they will let us know when they are ready! There is also discussion of including more details (and/or multi-media such as audio or video) about the product on the main website page. Stay tuned...
-- What is the new price and PV value?
As most of you have already seen, the new BR is retailing at $62.85 USD/$69.00 CAD, a savings of over $27 from the former version. The PV has also been reduced relative to the price reduction to 42 PV.
** Have you seen the awesome videos? We have a 6 minute video on the 6 exquisite botanical perfumes. It's on your website if you click on the botanical perfumes icon from the homepage. The URL is: www.fabulousorganics.mionegroup.com/perfumes. Simply replace your username with mine... Great to send people in an e-mail! Each perfume page also shows the shorter video for that specific perfume.
** Have you seen Narelle's great 'How-To' videos? She goes through each step of the Miessence Organic Facial and the 3-basic product steps. There is one showing us how to massage the face using the Rejuvenessence Facial Serum. How amazing! I tried it and that was a real treat. I felt oxygenated and energized yet balanced and relaxed. They were in the latest ONE Group newsletter and also available from your website's homepage under NEWS, then select Videos (you do not need to login). The link will look something like this:

** Did you know you can go into your back office, under "view and edit personal details" in Management Tools and select the 2 Featured Areas of your homepage? Credit Card Authorization Forms (CCAF).
To continue to receive your preferred rep discount for being on BP or Autoship, you must have your CCAF in to headquarters. This is Australian law. The form may be faxed, sent regular mail or scanned in and sent via e-mail. I recommend choosing BP, getting the form in to ONE Group and then placing your order manually by the evening of the 23rd of the month, so you don't need to think about your default order! It's an easy task -- ask your sponsor or me for details!

How to Achieve Your Dreams
This issue: A Session of Meridian Tapping (aka EFT) from the World Tapping Summit 2010!

Dear ONEderful team,
I was fortunate to be able to listen to (and record) all the interviews of the Tapping World Summit, which took place from late February through early March 2010. My goal is to upload these in mp3 for you in a password protected area of a website. They have been so interesting and helpful. I believe doing the tapping will be life-changing for positive health, happiness and abundance. This may seem easy to say, but give it a chance and see for yourself!
Here is a summary of "Skyrocket Your Success: Overcoming Your Most Common Business Fears" with Margaret Lynch. Ms. Lynch is a business coach working with over 60-80 entrepreneurs a month and has published the Secret of Intentional Wealth series of books and audio products, among other pursuits. While just reading this is not as powerful as the tapping we did during the interview, it can give you an idea of this important message and hopefully inspire you to do the tapping...
Lynch's main idea is that for any business to grow, the law of the marketplace means that you have to add value to the market or find more people for your product or service. Many people have fear, resistance or refusal to sell that holds them back. Some people she meets are highly successful in their fields, but not necessarily good at the "business of running a business." To be your own #1 salesperson, you can find that tapping really helps!
One judgment about sales is that people don't see themselves as salespeople and/or may have a negative image around this (i.e. don't want to be (or be seen as) pushy, manipulative, invoke buyer's remorse, etc.). What we did then was clear this 'judging' with tapping!
Ms. Lynch then went into the three top attributes of successful salespeople and business owners:
1. sincerity: one-word secret to sales, one needs to sell from their integrity, with passion -- always sincere because you are selling what you believe.
2. ego strength: strength of self-esteem, the ability to handle other's opinions tht may sound like rejection -- how to take in others' perceptions.
3. ego drive: bring personal income goals to the table -- need a goal for our income and business; this is a driving force that creates more sales!
Try saying outloud: I'm really good at what I do! See how intense your reaction is, how close you feel to the sincerity or truth of this statement, with 10 being total agreement. You can then tap to bring your actions into alignment with your feelings or thoughts -- some people think they are really good but don't feel it deep down due to past experiences. This can be cleared and make way for success and truly being good at what you do AND feeling/thinking that way!
Ms. Lynch defines sales as sharing your passion for your product or service with people who will welcome hearing about it because they need or want it. [There could be some combination of products and services; in our case, you could say a miSpa party is a service with products offered together as a package.]
It's about connecting with those who welcome it, with a natural sincerity, not convincing skeptics. We then tapped about intentions -- why we want to be in business and what we are sharing and how it helps others.
Why do you believe so much in what you sell? Is it really good for people and if so, how does it help people? Make a list. If we remember the goodness of our heart and why we wanted to be in business in the first place, we can help others and do something good for the world (sound familiar?? : )).
Your job is to share your passion for the benefits of what you do in a way that captivates, motivates and inspires people to work with you. Share the benefits that do those things.
Why do you love what you do? When you provide a product or service and watch someone benefit, how does that make you feel? Can you say, "This is why I love what I do - I worked with someone and helped them?" What do your customers want to buy? How do your products or services make customers and/or reps feel?
If you can say "I love what I do!" then you radiate to people many things, such as, I'm good at it, my customers love me, I love my customers, it's fun to do this and I'm fun to work with, etc. Energy creates your business and your life so the more passion and fun, the higher your vibration and energy and the more of that you attract.
Finally, it's important to 'claim' what you do and your intention and tap that intention -- with statements such as, "There are people who want to hear from me." "I have strength and charisma... people want to be around me." Think about how passionate you are. This will eliminate fears of standing out or of rejection and speaking your truth. Once you tap, you'll be able to share your passion and sell yourself and your products and/or services, over and over again!
