If you have not been getting these directly and would like to subscribe, please let me know. Otherwise, simply read them / download and/or copy them at the link above. I am posting them here at the 'secret' training URL, so you'll have them all in ONE place. : )

A. News from ONE Group.
ONE Group 2nd Annual Conference takes place on Australia's Gold Coast this coming weekend. ONE Group has announced the pre-launch of several new products and we look forward to news soon after the event to learn more!
A revised Home Shopping/Presentation Program and MiTraining System are also in the works to help you in building your business. We are expecting more news after the ONE Group Conference.
B. Updated ONE Group Website ~ New Streamlined Shopping Cart
Please note that as an Independent Representative, you should be receiving regular weekly e-mails from corporate office. Please contact your sponsor or myself if you are not getting any e-mail from ONE Group.
The REVISED company website launched June 5th! One of the goals of this revised site was to allow for an easier-to-access and use shopping cart. Please be sure to let your Preferred Customers know about the changes and log-in procedures. Note: Your Preferred Customers may use their e-mail address and then either their password or surname (last name) when logging in.
Also, ONE Group's technical team is working to add new features in the coming weeks and months, so stay up-to-date by READING those e-mails from ONE Group, exploring the site every once in a while and getting on any conference calls related to the new site. Question or comment on the new site? Others probably have similar ones so let us know and we'll post Q&A here next time! The company is also posting Q&A in the Members' Area under Member News so check back regularly.
C. Organic Ingredients, Oil, Freight and the Cost of Doing Business.
In follow-up to the announcement late last week, many of you are now aware that ONE Group will be increasing the retail prices on the entire range as of June 22nd. The company completed a detailed financial analysis. After three years with no price adjustments, the company determined it needed to increase prices to cover the rising costs of organic raw materials, oil and increased freight charges...and the overall cost of doing business. With the organic industry booming, the demand for the still limited supply of raw ingredients has become more pertinent to the ONE Group range. In addition to this step, the company is negotiating with courriers and suppliers and taking other steps to maintain its long-term viability for all of us.
What's the GOOD News here? A few points:
1. Customers and representatives will still receive the great discounts and free shipping currently in place. You and your customers can still SAVE GREEN BUYING GREEN : ).
2. The Personal Volume (PV) and Bonus Value (BV) are also being adjusted upwards as well. Monthly orders to remain ACTIVE and rank promotion guidelines remain the same. What does that mean to you? For your monthly order, you will maintain the same PV (minimum of 50 points to remain ACTIVE), so the dollar amounts to remain active will stay about the same. The BV is important for Retirement Bonuses and Sponsor Bonuses. If the BV increases, you'll be paid more for selling the same 'quantity' of products.

Building Your Teams:
Three teams (roots) and you're on your way.
Many of you have asked about the best way to grow your organic business and want help in understanding the 'structure' of placing representatives into your organization. I would like to help clarify this point as briefly as I can.
Keep in mind:
You want to think like a tree. An organically grown one of course. Establish three (and only) three 'roots'. I suppose if it helps, you can replace the word roots with branches to better visualize this!
For example, if you sponsor three representatives, then they each start a 'root'. We'll call these three people your 'starter roots'. You have now established your first level.
After that, you will want to place your sponsored representatives into one of your three 'starter roots', thereby starting ONE leg/root for each of them, if possible.
Let's say you sponsor a fourth person. They will show up as a 4th 'starter root' in your genealogy tree, so you will need to move them in under one of your first 3 'starter roots'. You will want to place them in under one of your active 'starter' reps, in effect starting one of their three 'starter roots/legs'. This move should be done via your member's area, within 29 days or before the end of that calendar month (though much sooner if possible).
Let's say a few weeks later, you sign up your fifth personally-sponsored representative. You have a few choices now. You can place him/her under the 4th rep you placed in your first 'root' OR you could place them in under one of your other 2 'starter roots' to get them going.
You'll want to think of it like a
3-legged barstool or tree with 3 roots (or branches).
In some cases, your sponsor or upline will "need" to find a home and support system for a new representative. They can help you and/or one of your sponsored representatives by placing them in under one of your active members.
The benefits of this system for the new representatives is they have the potential of having a lot more support ~ in addition to you, their sponsor; they may be placed in under other reps/leaders who can help them grow... All the volume counts in each leg, so all those upline to this new representative have a vested interest in their success. This is a powerful and important point to grasp. You will want to 'build' each 'root' fairly evenly, so as the volume increases, you will advance to the next level of the Compensation Plan.
Also, you can still place a sponsored rep in 'under' someone in your tree whom you did not sponsor. This is a seamless plan so all sponsor-line bonuses roll-up through the sponsor tree, while retirement bonuses are paid on all reps in your organization, per the your rank/level in the plan.
To maximize the comp plan with ONE Group, you will want to build 3 'roots/legs/teams' and personally sponsor a number of representatives (a minimum of 10 Active personally-sponsored representatives is what's needed to reach to the top of the plan!). Don't worry about going deep (growing your organic roots!!), since the plan and points to achieve rank promotions mean you will advance by the time you get so many 'levels' deep. The chance of 'missing' any bonus money is extremely rare if you are building three teams and helping everyone on your team build their three teams/'roots'.

Preferred Customers:
ONE Group has created a special category for someone who wants to just order products (Preferred Customers). This means they do not have to 'join' as a representative to order products and they can still receive discounts, free shipping, etc. PCs are in a customer branch, if you will. For example, your PCs are always 'front-line' to you, on a 'customer-only' branch. One step removed are the preferred customers of your sponsored reps, then customers of their sponsored reps and so forth. The plan allows for bonuses to flow 7 levels deep through your sponsor tree on customer orders, based on rank ~ that's a very high branch!! But, as in nature, the rainwater and sunlight still reach each 'level' of leaves as well as the bottom leaves closest to the trunk (and the trunk -- YOU!).
You can always see all the customers in your sponsor tree in the Member's Area under Sponsor Tree. You can see all representatives in your Retirement Tree (both sponsored and non-sponsored reps) in the Member's Area under Retirement Tree.

June and July are great times to get out and about...lots of farmers' markets, health fairs, outdoor concerts, bike riding, walking/running, playing sports or with the kids, going to the beach or mountains, etc...just a good time of year to meet people outdoors ~ naturally. Have a great summer!
