In the section "How to Achieve Your Dreams," I provide the first steps used in the Get-2-Executive Course currently being offered by Alf Orpen, co-founder and director of ONE Group.  Just by doing those steps, you will see your business grow, so take some time this month and next to actually do them!  Next time, we'll continue with short classified type ads, articles and presentations based on these initial exercises and ideas.  The beauty is these tools you create can be used in many ways and in any strategy and I'll go into that further in the next newsletter.  (Note: the examples below are not 'real', but based on a variety of those posted in the Get2Exec ning network.)

If you are new or getting re-started in your business, you will want to be receiving my Helpful Hints Getting Started e-mail series.  My hope is that you will simply create a folder - 'Helpful Hints Getting Started Training' - to keep these for reference and to look at when you have a few minutes.  They do contain a wealth of information for you!   Simply reply asking to be added to the list.
 
It is my goal to bring you resources and ideas, news and more to help you in making a difference for all the people you help and for our environment!
 
Note: We will continue to recognize Promotions, so keep me posted if you or someone on your team achieves a milestone rank promotion in the marketing plan!

I love smoothies so the vitamins have become so easy to take now!  And with all this crazy weather, I haven't been sick yet this winter. I also use the Jaffa Lip balm daily. I had a problem last winter where my
lips got so dry, and no amount of any lip balm I tried rid my lips of that
chapped skin. But I've not had that problem this winter and I'm sure it's

Now that the company news is published every two weeks, I will keep this section brief. Please carefully review your ONE Group Newsletters to stay up-to-date on products, new tools and all company information. THANKS!

New Website Enhancements
- take some time to visit your site and see the new features and page flows.  "Several new features have been added to your ONEgroup website that we would like to share with you. We're confident that each of these enhancements will improve your shopping experience and that of your customers."

* New join process - Your new representatives will be able to order during the enrollment process without wasting time by logging out and then back in to their account. 

* Manage your monthly orders online - Simply follow the new "Manage Monthly Order" link under the Earn Income tab on your home page to quickly access your monthly order.

* New checkout pages - We've added a new look and feel to the checkout process to guide your customers through to order completion.

* New Mini-Cart - The mini-cart is now only visible if it contains products. This provides a cleaner and less distracting web experience for you and your customers.

* All Inclusive Pricing - Australian and UK pricing has been adjusted to include taxes. This is necessary to streamline order processing and will add clarity and convenience to the checkout process. Actual product prices have not been increased.

New MiSpa Business Startup Pack ~ Launch scheduled for April 16th Australian Eastern Time. 
"We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of the MiSpa Business Startup Pack. The pack will offer 45 day credit terms to all eligible Representatives and is available for purchase during the joining process. The pack cost will be paid from bonuses earn during the new representative's first 45 days with any remaining balance to be paid by credit card at the end of the 45 day period. Credit Card Authorization Forms (CCAF).
To continue to receive your preferred rep discount for being on BP or Autoship, you must have your CCAF in to headquarters. This is Australian law.  The form may be faxed, sent regular mail or scanned in and sent via e-mail.  I recommend choosing BP, getting the form in to ONE Group and then placing your order manually by the evening of the 23rd of the month, so you don't need to think about your default order!   It's an easy task -- ask your sponsor or me for details!


       


 
How to Achieve Your Dreams  ~
This issue:  Getting Focused on Who You Are, What You Offer and Your Strategy Statement

 Dear ONEderful team,

How To Get Focused and Get Going... Just Do This Exercise! 

Step 1  Your 10 Words or Phrases

Get a piece of paper or blank Word or other document ready.  Now, brainstorm...10 words or phrases that get you excited, that describe who you are and how you are, how you live, work, play and relate.  If you would hear these words in conversations, you would want to get involved or add your ideas or opinion.  If someone who loves you described you, what would they say?  What are you passionate about?  How do you relate to others?

Example:  honest, friendly, organic living enthusiast, passionate about holistic health and environment issues, mother of three, nutrition, getting outdoors in nature, physical fitness, positive and open-minded,  animal lover.

Step 2  Signature Statement:

Now, using some or all of these words and phrases, create a few sentences using those phrases and words that best describe you and your life and business/education/career pursuits.

Example:  As a mother of three and outdoor enthusiast, I care greatly about holistic health, nutrition, the environment and protecting animals.  I want my children to have a future filled with organic living, access to clean and sustainable homes, farms, cities and countries.  My own positive, honest and friendly nature attracts open-minded, fun and dedicated people into my life and my family's life. 

Step 3 Offer Statement:  The offer statement is what you uniquely offer to others.  What is your business focused on doing/being?  What are you offering to others? 

Example:  My holistic business focuses on offering solutions to go organic in all ways possible; part of my offer includes emphasis on certified organic nutrition helping people of all ages and backgrounds and even pets!  As a family-centered person, I strive to provide options to myself and others for purchasing 'green' while earning abundant 'green' income through a sustainable range of organic products offered via consultations, spa parties and online in social groups and forums geared towards families.  My passion and positive outlook translate into excellent customer service and creative marketing ideas.

Step 4: Strategy Statement  (first develop general targets and goals, then expand on these how you will get to those targets/goals)

In this section, you will want to state clearly and simply where you will be in one year (12 months) or other time period. Be realistic and challenge yourself too.

Example:
April 30th, 2010, I have reached Executive with ONE Group ~
Achieved over 10,000 Group Volume with at least 2,500 points in each leg; Personally-sponsored 14 Active Independent Representatives, 40-50 online customers and 40-50 Mispa customers.

I will achieve these goals by:
- developing 2-3 seminars and presenting to groups 2x's a month (focus on babies and children, nutritional needs and becoming an ingredient detective)
- finding expos/fairs in my region and exhibiting 4-5 times in 12 months;
- placing flyers, brochures, newspapers and postcards in 10 places every month (with my details and brand for contact; focus on offering spa experiences with themes, nutritionals and business builders);
- placing classifieds for finding MiSpa hosts and guests and business builders interested in party plan;
- creating a 5-page website with information, newsletter opt-in and links to my ONE Group sites with brief introductions of what the visitor will find at each site; MiStory with photos and videos of me/family and company directors; 
- Decide on 2 in-person networking groups to join and 2 online social networking sites to use actively (i.e. once a week minimum); [note: With each idea, you can get more specific, such as animal lovers' group and a mom and children group, for our example Signature and Offer Statement.
-  Hold 2 MiSpa parties a month for the first 2 months, then 3-4 parties a month after that through month 12.
-  Team support to include calling my team members monthly, organizing conference calls and making sure my colleagues know about our upline calls, short e-mails with useful info or updates, one local team meeting, event or training per month, etc....
 
...hopefully, you get the idea! 
[Note: you can have more or less ideas - I just wanted to mention several ideas to give you a jump-start. Brainstorm for yourself what you want to do or try. For some, being focused only on one strategy will be better than doing many things; for others, the opposite will be true.  If you want to discuss, feel free to be in touch.]
